A. Rent is due on the 1st of the month and late by the 3rd of the month.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Online payment, cashiers check, and money orders. NO cash payment accepted.
Q. How do I request maintenance?
A. All request must be submitted, in writing, through the maintenance portal or by email.
Q. What if I have an emergency maintenance request?
A. Emergencies are sent via text to 661-241-0792
Q. How long will it take for a repair to be made?
A. Maintenance schedules appointments within 48 hours of your maintenance request, for non-emergency repairs.
Q. What happens when my lease is up?
A. Our office contacts you to execute a lease renewal.
Q. I am moving out, when will I get my deposit back?
A. Security deposits are refunded within 21 days of returning keys.
